Business of the Month Qualifications

Each month, the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce Membership Services Committee recognizes a member business in our 14 community service area that has been active in the Chamber and the community throughout the year.  The "Business of the Month" is:

• A member of two years or more in good standing,
• A business who has made an impression on the Chamber during the month they are selected, by their involvement as a volunteer, sponsor or participant in programs and events,
• A business who recognizes, values, and uses their membership to enhance their reputation and foster their growth and that of the overall community,
• A business who has made a presence in the community as a volunteer, advocate, financial supporter or other,
• Members can win once in every five years.

Annual Award Winner Qualifications

Each year, the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce Membership Services Committee further recognizes outstanding businesses who go above and beyond the requirements of Business of the Month, to truly embody an organization deserving recognition as an annual award winner in the following categories: Education, Family Owned Business, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Pioneer of the Year, Restaurant, Retail/Wholesale, Rookie of the Year, Service for Non-Profit, Service for Profit, Technology, Women in Business and Business of the Year.

Business of the Year Qualifications

The "Business of The Year" award is selected from our 12 monthly award winners. Acknowledging differences in organization goals and styles, recognition is given to B2B, B2C and non-profit businesses. This is a Chamber member who has notably gone above and beyond for the Chamber and their community.

Annual Business Breakfast
