August 2025 Chamber Member of the Month: Caroline Pineau, STEM Premium Cannabis Dispensary

The Greater Haverhill Chamber is proud to recognize Caroline Pineau, owner of STEM Premium Cannabis Dispensary, as our August 2025 Chamber Member of the Month. A true trailblazer in Massachusetts’ cannabis industry and a dedicated community leader, Caroline was one of the first women in the state to receive a retail license through the Economic Empowerment Program and the very first to open a dispensary in Haverhill.

Caroline’s leadership goes far beyond her storefront. Through her work with local nonprofits, educational initiatives, and city beautification efforts, she has become a force for positive change in the downtown community. She is the founder of the Green Goddess Invitational, a creative golf tournament that celebrates women in cannabis and raises funds for local charities. She also supports local artists by commissioning public murals that brighten the streets of Haverhill, and regularly hosts cannabis education sessions to reduce stigma and empower the public with information.

Caroline’s business, STEM, is a model of thoughtful entrepreneurship balancing growth, advocacy, and community impact. We are proud to honor her this month not only for her achievements as a business owner but for her continued investment in the people and progress of Greater Haverhill.

She has been a continued supporter of the Chamber throughout the last years changes and we are forever grateful for her and her amazing team.
