CRAFT HAVERHILL SERIES, All INCLUSIVE SUMMER EVENT TATTERSALL FARMS-TO-TASTE™ The Freshest Food From Haverhill Chefs, Restaurants, and Farms is in the Spotlight at Three-Event Series
HAVERHILL, MA – Craft Haverhill announces Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™, a new event series set on Tattersall Farm’s 60-acre historic grounds, celebrating the delicious arc of New England summer under sunset skies.
A reimagining of Tattersall Farms to Table, Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™ kicks off at 5:00 PM on Thursday, June 26, and then unfolds across two more evenings throughout the summer. “Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™ is set to be an exceptional series full of special guests. It gives Haverhill chefs, restaurants, and farms the chance to really show off with fresh, local summer harvests from area farms,” says Jimmy Carbone, Haverhill native and Craft Haverhill founder. “It’s a wonderful way for people to experience and taste the microseasons within summer, from early-season flavors in June all the way through to August’s sun-drenched produce and farm goods.”
Every Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™ event reflects a changing moment of the summer season, and separate tickets are available for each date in the series. Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™ dates are:
● Thursday, June 26 – Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™: First Blush
● Thursday, July 24 – Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™: Peak Harvest
● Thursday, August 14 – Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™: The Grand Finale
The series opens with early-summer flavors under the longest light of the season at Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™: First Blush, and continues with Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™: Peak Harvest, where midsummer bounty is center stage. Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™ concludes with The Grand Finale, highlighting the last of summer’s best work with sun-ripened vegetables and more farm goods. Spread out picnic blankets and camp chairs on Tattersall Farm grounds at each walk-around tasting event, or choose reserved seating with VIP Tickets. Find favorite traditional summer fare from chefs Kristen Carbone, Paul Emmett, Chris Kole, La Pizza Di Forno’s Chef Nick, and others at each Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™ celebration. Enjoy wood-fired pizzas, grilled vegetable dishes, salads, rotisserie lamb and kebabs, Greek specialties, award-winning Craic Hot Sauces, and more, all made with ingredients sourced from local farms. Taste the difference in fresh, organic vegetables from Late Bloom Farm, Haverhill farmers’ market darling, and find out first-hand why Lillooet Farm lamb is in such demand by renowned restaurants. Try more farm goods and summer vegetables from Old Wild Farm, F-Word Farm, and a growing lineup of regional producers. The events also offer artisanal cheese and charcuterie from CG Boards, coffee and desserts from Drop Cafe, and refreshing treats from Nice Ice Baby Italian Ice.
From welcome cocktails made with sparkling Marzae wines to craft beers, ciders, and sakes, each Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™ also features exceptional drinks from regional producers. Try Idle Hands Craft Ales, makers of world-class beer in Malden since 2010; Ipswich Ale Brewery, one of New England’s longest-running craft brewers with over 30 years of history; more natural wines from Marzae, whose regenerative practices focus on the authentic expression of terroir; thoughtful selections from Craft Collective; international wines and welcome cocktails from Tozi Imports; sake from Massachusetts’ own Farthest Star Sake, and zero-proof options.
