Haverhill, MA – Jonathan H. Dowst, President and CEO of Pentucket Bank, along with the Board of
Directors and Trustees, officially welcomed the following community leaders to the Board of Directors
and Trustees at the 130th Annual Meeting of Pentucket Bank on March 10, 2022.

Noemi Custodia-Lora. Noemi is Vice President at Northern Essex Community College, where she runs
Community Relations and the Lawrence Campus. Her professional interests include devising and
employing strategies aimed at increasing access to education, especially for underrepresented
minorities, adult learners, and immigrants. Noemi holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico and a Ph.D. in Physiology and Molecular
Endocrinology from Boston University, and she did her Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship at Tufts
Medical School. Noemi is a resident of Haverhill, MA.

Joel Olbricht. Joel is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner in the firm K2N Advisors & CPAs in
Windham. His professional interests include leadership, income and estate planning, business
management and decision making, strategic planning, wealth creation, marketing, and technology
planning. His affiliations and board positions include the Board of Directors of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, the Alexander Eastman Foundation, the New Hampshire Estate Planning
Council, the New Hampshire Society of CPAs, and the Derry 21st Century Learning Community
Corporation. Joel, who attended Abilene Christian University, spends personal time with family and
volunteering for local non-profits. He enjoys photography, farming, and traveling the U.S. Joel is a
resident of Deerfield, NH.
