Pentucket Bank Welcomes New Officer Positions

Haverhill, MA – Scott D. Cote, CEO/Chairman of the Board, Charles A. Walker, President and the Senior Management Team of Pentucket Bank are pleased to welcomes three new key Officer positions to the Pentucket Bank team.

Robert Glosner is the Director of Information Technology and is responsible for overall ownership of IT within the Bank.  This includes strategic development of IT infrastructure and related development; disaster recovery/business continuity, vendor management and staff management, among other duties, to ensure a robust and secure technology environment on which the Bank functions.  Rob has over thirty years of related IT experience, most recently with the United States Air Force.  Rob is also a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) and holds two Masters degrees.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys woodworking, travel, amateur radio and photography.  He is a volunteer with the Boys Scouts and with various non-profit technology projects.  Rob lives in Auburn, NH with his wife and they have three children.

Sara Wormald is the Business Banking Manager a new position to the Bank.  Sara joined the team in March and came to the Bank with over 17 years of retail and operational banking experience.  Sara is responsible for the daily management of the Business Banking team including business banking services including business online banking.  In addition to coaching and mentoring the Business Banking team, Sara maintains up to date and comprehensive knowledge on related policies, procedures and regulations while identifying areas of process improvement, all to ensure satisfactory audit results and to enhance the customer experience.
Sara lives in Hampstead, NH with her husband.  She holds her Juris Doctorate from the MA School of Law and in her spare time she enjoys motorcycles, boating and photography and is well known for her impeccable taste in fashion footwear.

Heather Harrell joined Pentucket Bank in March as the full time Training Officer.  Heather joined the Bank with over 11 years of industry experience.  In the role of Training Officer, a new position at Pentucket Bank, Heather is responsible for designing and implementing bank-wide training programs that educate employees at all levels of the Bank while enhancing job performance and developing skills for future advancement.  Heather also works with newly hired employees to properly on-board them into their respective roles; ensuring quality training and education to set them up for success in their career at the Bank.  In addition to her role as Training Officer, Heather serves on the Customer Experience Leadership Team.
Heather previously managed the Money Management Program at North Shore Elder Services and has a passion for teaching financial literacy to people of all ages.  Heather enjoys running, reading and jigsaw puzzles in her free time, in addition to spending time with her husband and three daughters in their hometown of Essex, MA.
