Amesbury and Haverhill, Massachusetts –  CNA Stores, a veteran-owned cannabis company with retail dispensaries in Amesbury and Haverhill, Massachusetts, will support local nonprofit Lucy’s Love Bus, throughout the month of December, to help improve the quality of life of children with cancer within New England. After raising nearly $10,000 last month while supporting the nonprofit, Veterans Northeast Outreach Center (VNEOC), CNA’s collection of contributions continues to have an impact.

Now through Saturday, December 31st, 2022, customers may round up their purchases while shopping at both CNA Stores locations to support Amesbury’s very own nonprofit, Lucy’s Love Bus. CNA will also accept direct donations for the organization through their charity jars.

The CNA Stores Charity Jar program was implemented as a way to introduce the local non-profit organizations supported at the Amesbury and Haverhill locations to its loyal customers and encourage them to contribute to their fundraising efforts. CNA Stores customers have raised over $151,000 since inception – $93,743 in 2022 alone – for organizations in Amesbury, Haverhill, and neighboring cities and towns.

“For the month of December, we’re looking forward to contributing as a community towards the difference this organization makes every single day,” said CNA Stores’ Chief Executive Officer, Rob DiFazio. “The moving story behind the creation of their programs makes it an honor to work with the folks at Lucy’s Love Bus, especially during the holiday season.”

Lucy’s Love Bus is an 501c3 nonprofit organization that helps children with cancer by providing free, integrative therapies such as massage, yoga, meditation, music therapy, acupuncture, and therapeutic horseback riding. These forms of therapies and care ease children’s pain and anxiety during and after traditional medical treatments. The mission of Lucy’s Love Bus is to deliver joy, comfort, and quality of life to children with cancer and their families.

As a community-driven company, CNA Stores has prioritized giving back to its communities since its establishment, supporting local partners by donating more than $151,000 towards positive impact on their community.
